While the tour is not a trekking expedition, you will be traveling at high altitude, including a visit to the Everest North Base Camp area (5,200m), where temperatures can be cold and weather conditions can change quickly.

Important Note

Although this is a hotel-based comfort tour, you will travel above 5,000m during the visit to Everest North Base Camp. Temperatures can drop below freezing, especially in the early morning and evening. A warm down jacket, hat, gloves, and proper footwear are strongly recommended.

Yes, especially in Lhasa (3650m) and higher regions like Everest Base Camp. The itinerary includes proper acclimatization days, and we recommend drinking plenty of water and resting on arrival.
The best seasons are spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November). These months offer clear skies, stable weather, and excellent mountain views across Nepal and Tibet.
The journey is overland by vehicle, not trekking. However, due to high altitude and long drives through mountain passes, a reasonable level of fitness and preparation is recommended, especially near Mount Everest.
In Kathmandu, Lhasa, and Shigatse, we provide 5-star hotel accommodation with comfortable rooms and quality services. In other locations along the route, you will stay in good 4-star standard hotels wherever available, ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and proper rest throughout the journey.
