Kanchenjunga is one of Nepal's most remote trekking regions. Weather can change quickly, and facilities are basic, so packing wisely is important.
Keep your duffel bag weight around 10-12 kg and your daypack around 5-7 kg. Pack light but ensure you have enough warm layers, as temperatures near Kanchenjunga North Base Camp can drop well below freezing, especially during the night.
Hiking Friends Travel Nepal provides a complimentary duffel bag for use during the trek.
