The best seasons are from April to June and September to October, when the weather is stable and skies are clear for mountain views, especially around Yamdrok Lake and Everest region.
In cities like Lhasa and Kathmandu, you’ll stay in comfortable hotels. In remote areas such as Rongbuk, accommodation is basic guesthouse style with limited facilities, but the location near Mount Everest makes it a unique experience.
